Shipping:

We will contact the purchaser if there is problem with the shipping arrangement. Our delivery service requires a flat and hard surface to place the pallets. Pallets are placed immediately next to where the delivery truck can park. Pallets can be returned by the customer, during regular business hours, to the farm for recycling if the customer so chooses.

Refunds:

There are no refunds for returned goods. Unused sod can be returned to our farm for recycling during regular business hours, this is the responsibility of the purchaser please call ahead. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 Hrs. before the delivery date. Order cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Any concerns about the quality of the product need to be made within 24 hours of delivery. Sod is a perishable product and needs to be installed on the day of delivery and watered promptly.
